A GREAT NIGHT OF MUSIC FOR A GREAT CAUSE

Our first benefit concert was in honor of Dianne's birthday weekend at the legendary Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, Tennessee. The sold-out event featured Grammy nominated Mercury Records recording artist, Jamey Johnson, and hit songwriters Jeff Cohen, Lee Thomas Miller and Donnie Fritts.  There were also surprise performances by Gary Nicholson, Dallas Frazier, and three-time Grammy winner, Delbert McClinton!  Thank you to everyone who made this such a successful and memorable event!

ANOTHER WONDERFUL EVENING OF MUSIC

Another wonderful concert to raise funds for our scholarship fund!  The concert featured Grammy nominated lead singer and founder of The Amazing Rhythm Aces, Russell Smith; hit singer-songwriter Billy Swan, singer/writer of the 1970's smash hit "I Can Help", which was also covered by Elvis Presley; Gary Nicholson, who has had over 350 cuts and won 26 ASCAP awards; and Donnie Fritts, the soulful singer-songwriter who was not only a longtime sideman for Kris Kristofferson, but has had cuts by Ray Charles, Dusty Springfield, Willie Nelson, Tina Turner, Robert Plant and is a recent inductee to the Alabama Music Hall of Fame. We were also thrilled to have a surprise performance by the amazing Tony Joe White!
